前に使用していたＰＣが壊れたため、こちらの商品を購入。商品到着後にグラフィックボードを増設しようと本体を開けたところ綺麗に清掃されていて塵ひとつない状態で新品かと思うほどでした。キーボードとマウスがおまけでついてきましたが、使い慣れている現行のものを使用のため壊れたら交換してみようかな。到着初日の段階で問題なく快適に使用しています。セール価格で購入したので、コスパ最高の商品だと思います。
とても良いと思います。旧デスクトップのパソコンは反応が遅く使い勝手が悪く辟易としていました。それに比べると使い勝手が良く、買って良かったと思っています。
購入して１週間ほどですが、まったく問題ありません。
The warning is about the version of Windows that was installed in this computer: naturally, it is the Japanese version. What most people do not realize is that it is NOT just a keyboard language and system language setting. There are some unusual actions and some unusual key stroke input results that are different and cannot be overcome by changing the keyboard plus the system language. One of the very surprising and unacceptable incompatibility has affected two VERY important programs I ran for many years in North America, AccountEdge for business accounting and a backup program, also going back long time on the English version of Windows. Both of these are based on C++ program language. I was forced to go through the pain of clean-installing Windows10 then upgrade to W11, using the version available at Microsoft’s US website. Of course all the problems were gone and the sky became blue, sunshine returned. But, I lost Office 19 also together with the Japanese version of Windows, I felt that was much less of a loss than being unable to run the business accounting. When I restored to test the Japanese, originally installed Windows, the old problems of incompatibility and few odd idiosyncratic behavior returned. Never again will I be misled by a company rep who says the Japanese Windows is just a setting of the one and only Windows.

諦めてSDD交換しようとカバーを開けて確認したところ、512GBのはずが256CBでした。

性能も良く、買ってよかったです。プライムデーで割引率も高く、お得に購入できました。
中古品ながら、塗装ハゲやゴム足欠品等のない、比較的綺麗な商品が届き、安心しました。ただし、オフィスは Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 ではなく、Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 で、再インストールは無理のようです。電源を入れるとDELLのロゴ画面からWindows 11 が立ち上がり、ローカルアカウントのユーザー名は DELL でパスワードは無しの設定でした。i5-8500 CPUで、M.2 SSD (256GB)、HDD (500GB)、メモリ16Gなので、とりあえず、500GB の Western Digital HDD は、手元の 2TB のものに変更して、M.2 SSD (256GB) にはOS やプログラムのみということで、ユーザー名を変更するとともに、必要なソフトをすべてインストールして、今のところ、快適に使用しております。CrystalDiskInfoによればSanDisk SD9TN8W256G1001 : 256.0 GB総書込量(ホスト) 4857 GB総書込量(ホスト) 2911 GB総書込量(NAND) 16659776 GB電源投入回数 265 回使用時間 1586 時間とのことですが（新品SSD？）、M.2 は SATA のようですので、そのうち様子を見て、1TB の M.2 NVME に交換して、永く使い続ければと願っております。蛇足ながら、付属の外付け無縁LANブルートゥース2in1 もそれなりに使用でき、有り難い。 なお、新品(?)の無線キーボードマウスセット（電池は無し）が付いているのはよかったが、キーボードの電池を入れる部分のプラスチックのが固く、割れるのではないかと恐れ恐れ外して事なきを得た。最後に、セール価格で購入したので、今後の耐久性にもよりますが、現時点では、コスパ最高のおすすめ商品だと思います。
